havent posted much this school year.
- not sure why considering i am constantly thinking about my body
- i purged in december once.
- i did the 30 day shred and it rocked though!! seriously awesome. ask me about it!
- im trying to exercise 6 days a week for 30 minutes each.
- cardio, 30ds level 1, cardio, 30ds level 2, cardio, 30ds level 3
hmmmmm whaat else. not sure. im at my highest weight and ive worked out for 5 weeks and eaten pretty well but still cant seem to lose any weight or see a lot of change.
but…i want to work harder to get my calories to a losing level. ya idk.
